We cover the entire Isle of Man, so no matter where you are, we can provide top-quality care for your cat. Whether you’re down south or up north, we’re happy to visit your home.

To book a visit, simply contact us via our website, email, or phone. We’ll set up a free consultation to meet you and your cat, discuss your pet’s needs, and finalize the details. Once confirmed, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit within 24 hours to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due a week before your service starts.

During the free consultation, we’ll visit your home to meet you and your cat(s). We’ll go over your cat’s care routine, including feeding schedules, grooming preferences, and any medical requirements. We’ll also collect a spare key and create an online pet portal for storing important details about your cat’s health and care.

We are happy to accommodate any feeding preferences or dietary requirements, whether it’s wet food, dry food, raw food, or any special diets. If your cat has specific feeding times or restrictions, we’ll follow your instructions carefully to ensure consistency and comfort for your pet.

If you have multiple cats, we always ensure that each cat gets their fair share of food and attention. During feeding, we keep an eye on how much each cat is eating, making sure no one is left out or overfed. We tailor the care to each cat’s needs, ensuring that everyone is happy.

Some cats may feel shy or nervous when meeting a new person. If your cat isn’t ready to interact, we completely respect their space. We’ll make sure their litter tray is cleaned, food is served, and fresh water is provided. We’ll minimize stress and allow them to come out and socialize in their own time. We monitor their health and well-being during each visit, regardless of their level of interaction.

Yes, we can administer medication to your cat free of charge, whether it’s oral medication or injections. We’ll follow your instructions carefully and ensure your cat receives their medication on time and in the proper manner.

Yes, we clean the litter tray as part of our regular visits. We’ll follow your instructions on how often it needs to be cleaned or completely changed. Litter trays are also a great way for us to monitor your cat’s health, so we check for any changes or signs of illness, such as blood in their stools.

Absolutely! We offer daily updates with photos and videos (if requested) to let you know how your cat is doing. Whether it’s a playtime update or just a quick check-in, we’ll keep you informed so you can relax knowing your cat is in good hands.

In the unlikely event of an emergency, we’ll contact you immediately. If needed, we’ll take your cat to the vet for treatment, following any instructions you’ve provided for emergency care. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

We take extra care to ensure your home is secure and safe while you’re away. We do basic home checks before leaving, making sure windows and doors are locked. We also take steps to keep your home looking “lived in,” such as bringing in post, adjusting lights, and closing curtains. Our vehicles do not display branding, so your home stays discreet and safe.

At the moment, our services are focused on cats. However, if you have specific requests regarding other pets, we may be able to accommodate them on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with us to discuss.
If you have any further questions or are ready to book your consultation, don’t hesitate to reach out! We’re here to ensure your cat gets the best care while you’re away.
